Installing security locks for doors and windows on your home or business is a vital part of protecting your home from intruders. 

Roughly 34% of burglars break in to your home through your front door and 22% will gain access through your back door.

Your front door lock is the first line of defense in protecting your home from a break in. If you do not have a lock or are using the wrong lock on your door, then you do not have any front door security.

Burglars will always target doors or windows that have faulty locks or ineffective security systems so make sure you protect your home or business. Remember, burglars likely will pass on your home if it requires too much effort or time to break in. 

Use high quality Grade-1 or Grade-2 locks on exterior doors to resist twisting, prying, and lock-picking attempts. Using a quality, heavy-duty, deadbolt lock with a one-inch throw bolt or a heavy-duty, knob-in-lock set with a dead-latch mechanism can also help ensure that burglars will pass by your home for one that offers easier access.
